Data collected

During registration and the completion of your file, we collect: first and last name, country of residence, education level, target language, availability, and any documents you upload (ID, diplomas, etc.). Your email and authentication are handled by our centralized identity service id.kagedev.org (one-time code sent by email, no password stored here).

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed on the basis of your consent, for the sole purpose of building and following up on your professional mobility file to Austria. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Your data is kept for the period necessary to follow up on your file, and for a maximum of 30 days after the end of the service or the closing of your file.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as a right to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@campus-autriche.org.
